Quality certificates guarantee the security and reliability of translation and interpreting.

 

In 2004, our company implemented the ISO 9001 Quality Management System, which covers all activities of the European Translation Centre in respect of translation and interpreting.

 

Every year, a certification body evaluates the company’s capacity; assesses compliance with applicable laws, customers’ expectations and other requirements in the course of the company's activity, in particular in the delivery of services.

 

In line with the procedures, our employees and our subcontractors, as well as people cooperating with us, sign an obligation to maintain the confidentiality of any information related to our clients and the services rendered to them.

 

The latest information system safeguards allow us to store, archive and protect against unauthorised access the data, files and information provided to us.
